Fasadgruppen have taken the necessary measures to:
live up to the new Data Protection Ordinance which will come into force on 2018-05-25.
Below is information on how personal data is saved, why it is saved and
how long they are saved and the customer's / data subject's rights to recall
consent to the handling of his personal data.

We handle customers' personal data in the following areas:

1. Customer register
Fasadgruppen have customer registers in order to have a clear overview
over our customers and to be able to easily contact them in various matters. The customer can when
at any time request to have their personal data changed or deleted from the register. We see
also to, if the customer wishes, delete any backups where personal data may be available.

2. Backup
We enlist the help of an external company that handles our backup. The purpose of backup is to all
the customer's data must remain in case something should happen in our computer system. How long the service
shall apply, we decide in consultation with the company that handles the backup. Agreement regarding backup
has been drawn. Should a customer want to delete their information with us and also in the backup, arrange
we this.

3. Invoices & Receipts
In accordance with the Accounting Act, invoices and receipts are stored for 7 years.

4. Offers
Quotations are saved for statistical purposes to see how many quotes we have sent out versus how
many assignments we have received. These are also saved to be able to see order history and on one
easily design new quotes for our customers. The customer can at any time request that
get your quote deleted. We also make sure to, if the customer wants, delete any backups there
personal data may be available.

5. Digital material regarding our customers
Materials appear from our customers that we must have access to in order to perform ours
work, we save this material in clear folders, which means that we can easily locate the folder and
delete the content if this is the customer's wishes. We also make sure to, if the customer wants, delete
any backups where personal data may be available.

6. Printed Materials & Notes
Since we can not say exactly how long we have use for this material, it is saved until we
themselves believe that we are no longer in need of it or if the customer contacts us and requests that we
get rid of it.

7. Mail
In contact with our customers, we often use email. We save the email in order to be able to
look back and see what we and the customer have talked about before and what material has
attached. The email is saved in clear folders, which means that we can easily search for all emails that have
flourished between Fasadgruppen and the customer and delete these on
customer's request. We also make sure to, if the customer wants, delete any backups there
personal data may be available.

8. Telephone
Our telephones contain contact information for our customers. This in order to be able to reach them easily
and to be able to give a good response when we are contacted. The customer can at any time
request to have their contact details deleted from our phones. We also make sure that, if
the customer wants, delete any backups where personal data may be located.

9. Calendars
When we book a meeting with our customers, this happens in our digital calendars. This in order to
be able to keep track of what our work schedule looks like and which meetings we have booked and with
which customers.
The customer can at any time request to have their contact information deleted from our phones. We
also makes sure, if the customer wants, to delete any backups where personal data may be present.

10.Employment & Applications
We use employment contracts that are supplemented with an appendix where we state which ones
personal data we will process and in what situations the data will be
appear. In the case of new hires, the person gives consent to their personal data
treated and in what contexts we may treat them. Those who are already employed with us are
informed about how their personal data is processed and that they are entitled to extract from the register.
They do not fill in any consent as we refer to the Balance of Interest on that point. The interest
that who is already employed in our registers is considering having to fill in consent afterwards.
When we receive applications, these are deleted after the recruitment process is complete.

11.Release list
Fasadgruppen has a list of relatives which is updated regularly then
new hires take place or people leave our company. Relatives do not have to sign
a consent but we refer to Balance of Interest at this point as there is a major
interest in being able to be contacted in relation to the fact that their contact information is stored.
However, the relatives receive the following information:
Fasadgruppen only stores relatives' personal data if we
need to get in touch with you if the employee becomes seriously ill or injured during
working hours. No personal information is passed on. You always have the right to request and review
what data is stored. You also have the right to request your personal information
deleted.

As a customer / registered, you have the right to access your personal information. You're right
to have their personal data corrected, deleted and / or moved (all this free of charge). MAN
has the right to object to the use of personal data for direct marketing. You're right
to object to the use of personal data for automated decision-making and
profiling.
The customer has the right to an extract from the register to an unlimited extent as long as it does not become indefensible
and thus burdensome for Fasadgruppen's activities. Then have
Fasadgruppen the right to charge for the provision of the service.
If the customer considers that the personal data has been handled incorrectly by Fasadgruppen, the customer has
opportunity to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, which in Sweden is the Swedish Data Inspectorate.
Incidents concerning personal data at Fasadgruppen report
we to the Data Inspectorate within 72 hours of discovery.
If the customer requests to have personal information deleted and we have a strong soul to protest against
this, the customer will be informed that he has the right to contact the Data Inspectorate
to take the issue further.
Regarding how long we store personal data, we refer to Legal law, eg the Accounting Act,
agreements, etc. We also refer to Legal obligations (complaints and other things that can
balancing of interests as customers in most cases benefit from being easily accessible
in our systems. However, we have established routines for regular thinning so as not to sit on “good
