Generational Shift in the CEO Position at FRONT

At the turn of the year 2024/2025, Marcus Karlsson assumed the role of CEO at Front. This makes him the third generation to lead the company.

Marcus previously worked as a project manager at the company. As CEO, his role entails a broader responsibility for the organization, with a focus on setting clear goals and continuing to spread a positive spirit among employees.

Niklas Karlsson, Marcus’s father, is now taking on the role of senior advisor after 24 years as CEO.
