Fasadgruppen launches Renovation Forum in Sweden

Strong locally. Better when we share.

At Fasadgruppen, we believe in the strength of specialist knowledge and in the value created when knowledge is shared.

That is the idea behind Renovation Forum, a new Swedish initiative from Fasadgruppen where we share our collective knowledge. We combine knowledge from across the organisation with specialist expertise, experience from major energy renovation projects and local market knowledge from our Swedish companies.

During autumn 2026, Renovation Forum will visit four locations across Sweden, bringing knowledge and practical experience closer to property owners, housing associations, architects and technical decision makers facing future renovation needs.

Renovating a property is rarely about one isolated measure.

Energy performance, façades, windows, ventilation, the building envelope, finances, risks and property value are interconnected. Making the right investment therefore requires understanding the bigger picture and how different measures affect one another.

This is the foundation of Renovation Forum.

The forums bring together experience from completed projects, current regulations and technical developments, with particular focus on three areas:

 

Energy renovation

How integrated solutions affect operating costs, energy performance, emissions, regulations and property value.

 

Brick façades

Growing renovation needs in Sweden’s Million Programme housing stock and the long term choices facing property owners.

 

Single stage sealed façades

Risk assessment, renovation strategies and modern technical solutions.

 

Knowledge before investment

Each Renovation Forum is held locally and brings together experts from Fasadgruppen, our Swedish companies and specialists within the relevant fields.

The purpose is to give participants a practical and knowledge based foundation for making better decisions before major investments are made, rather than focusing on selling individual solutions.

Renovation Forum is a Swedish initiative, but the thinking behind it reflects something fundamental to Fasadgruppen.

Our local companies have specialist expertise, experience from completed projects and deep knowledge of their local markets. Fasadgruppen can create additional value by connecting this knowledge and creating opportunities to share experience.

Through Renovation Forum, Fasadgruppen provides the common framework and knowledge platform, while our Swedish companies contribute their specialist expertise, projects and local market knowledge.

This keeps the dialogue close to the local market while giving participants access to experience and knowledge from across Sweden.
